The Letter of Credit (LOC) transaction process is a difficult one to automate due to the sheer number of network participants involved. Bank handling LOC wants to offer them to a wider range of clients. Currently constrained by costs and time to execute. We leverage the DLT and smart contract technology, build a automated LOC transaction platform which significantly reduce the transaction time from weeks to hours.
